Books behind? Catch-up and cleanup is quoted by how far back it goes and how tangled it is. Flat rate. Paid once. No surprises.

Common questions

Where do you work with clients?

Anywhere in Canada. The work is fully remote, so your location makes no difference. We do not take clients outside Canada — the tax rules differ and you're better served by a bookkeeper in your own country.

Do you do my tax return?

No. We do bookkeeping. We prepare a clean, CPA-ready year-end package and your accountant files the return. If you don't have an accountant, we'll tell you what to look for.

My books are two years behind. Is that too far gone?

No. Catch-up work is a large part of what we do. Tell us roughly how far back it goes and how many accounts are involved, and we'll quote a flat rate to get you current.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and we work inside whatever you already have set up. If you want to move or start fresh, software setup and migration is a one-time add-on from $399.

What does it cost?

Flat monthly rates: Starter $299, Growth $599, Scale $1,199 CAD. No hourly billing. Catch-up work is quoted separately as a one-time flat fee.

Are you a virtual bookkeeper?

Yes. Everything runs online — we work inside your QuickBooks Online or Xero, exchange files securely, and send a short video walkthrough each month instead of booking a meeting. Nothing about the service needs you to be in a particular place.

Are you QuickBooks certified?

Yes. Robert is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor — he passed Intuit's certification exam, and the certification is current through October 2027. We work in Xero too.
